Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from or related to the use of BD PPC are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Parties agree that Dhaka courts will have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
This does not waive rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Content & Acceptable Use Policy
BD PPC publishes editorial content, game strategy guides and reviews. We expect contributors and users to behave responsibly: respect rights of others, attribute sources, and avoid prohibited content. We review flagged material and act promptly to remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.
